Actigall is primarily used for:

Dissolving Cholesterol Gallstones: In patients who cannot undergo surgery or prefer non-surgical treatment. The typical dosage is 8–10 mg per kg of body weight per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses.

Preventing Gallstones: In overweight individuals undergoing rapid weight loss, such as after bariatric surgery. A common regimen is 300 mg taken twice daily.

Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC): A chronic liver disease. The recommended dose is 13–15 mg per kg of body weight per day, divided into 2 to 4 doses.
